Five people have been charged in connection with the death of a man and an assault on his father at a bar last month. Kevin Hadley, 30, was killed at The Lounge Bar, Tipton, West Midlands, on the evening of Tuesday October 16. His father, Kevin Hadley senior, was assaulted. Dominic Santos Fraser, 32, and Shazad Ali, 24, have both been charged with murder and will appear at Wolverhampton Crown Court on January 21 2013. Fraser has also been charged with assaulting Kevin Hadley Senior and possession of a Class B drug. A 29-year-old man has been charged with attempted wounding on Kevin's father, and a 31-year-old man has been charged with wounding Kevin's father. A 29-year-old man has also been charged with affray and has been bailed to appear at Warley Magistrates' Court on November 29. |
